Competition Between Companies Free Essays

For a considerable length of time numerous organizations have attempted to be and to remain the best. To do this they needed to experience promoting their items; TVs, radio, web and sports. This is called rivalry; the principle reason for this is basically to pull in clients. We will compose a custom paper test on Rivalry Between Companies or on the other hand any comparative theme just for you Request Now These strategies can profit yet in addition be hurtful towards the organization. Consequently brings the primary worry of this exposition which will disk the two sides of this circumstance contradicting and supporting it. Initially, brand nature of items now and again doesn't make a difference to customers; similarly as long as it is moderate. For example there are numerous assortments of brands, for example, Nike, Adidas, Coca cola, etc. However advertisements show every one of these items and organizations don't understand that the cost of the item gets higher as the expense of publicizing adds to the items cost in this way making it costly. This leads purchasers shopping somewhere else for example, MARANELLO †Manufacturers of super games vehicles have quite recently declared a large group of new models, yet a large number of them may not arrive at the showrooms, as the worldwide monetary emergency hits a client fragment already resistant to financial downturns. Haupt, 2009: 1) This announcement demonstrates that shoppers incline toward less expensive items than extravagant vehicles as it is excessively costly. Moreover on adaptability; Flexibility implies the company’s â€Å"ability to react to changes† (Stevenson, 2007: 38). These can be occasional changes; winter, summer or perhaps practical changes . All things considered they likewise add to the company’s intensity along these lines drives some of the time to value wars. Take for instance; Adverse climate conditions could decrease the interest for our items. The deals of our items are affected somewhat by climate conditions in the business sectors in which we work Unusually cold or blustery climate throughout the late spring months may temporarily affect the interest for our Products and add to bring down deals, which could adversy affect our consequences of activities for such periods. (Coca cola organization, 2009: 6) This clarifies during rivalry organizations are truly adaptable along these lines ought to be caution and see ways as the best consequently now and again bringing down the items cost by 40% as to stay aware of the market. This episode shows that organizations, for example, coca cola are trying too hard accordingly confronting a significant lose. Also on the spot, during rivalry organizations search for an attractive area. From here they beginning of by taking a gander at the customer’s comfort; like nearest to shop in this manner less travel cost for shopper. Anyway they don’t take a gander along the edge as when area of organization is way jam-packed different clients will shop somewhere else because of less space to leave vehicles, etc. Besides different organizations go to renowned remote nations or new area as their items are popular over yonder. However as remote organizations they should discover approaches to present their creation in this manner utilizing promotion once more. At long last either organizations, will lose a great deal of benefit. This equivalent case happened to Toyota concurring in his composition of Ford surpasses GM, Toyota in February deals, J. Ewing (2010: 1) asserts that while Toyota and Honda where occupied with contending in America, another organization called Ford which is initially an American vehicle business took over by most as of late, throughout the mid year a year ago 2009. Subsequently, leaving Toyota to report a record yearly overal deficit of 4. billion, this adversity of Toyota’s happened as it didn't understand that it was expending an excessive number of costs thus; adding to another hindrance for organizations when they contend. Anyway these are valid yet in the event that thinking about another side to this contention, these may show the weaknesses of rivalry, yet the points of interest exceeds it as rivalry really advances the brand quality, adaptability and areas. Notwithstanding Brand quality, buyers consistently purchase the best as they trust it merits the cost as it keep going for quite a while. However how do the customer realize which brand is the best; essentially as organizations contend they communicate the most recent shoes, bicycles, food, etc. From here purchasers attempt to separate one organization after another because of the nature of its item. Take for instance Article base (2007) states that Honda and Toyota realizes America needs eco-friendly vehicles. This case made the two organizations buckle down along these lines delivering a vehicle that gets increasingly more mile per gallon. It is extravagant however many individuals are holding up in line to get this item. This model shows that customers go for the best brand quality regardless. Another point is Flexibility; organizations realize that season changes in this way consumer’s requests likewise changes. In this way Coca cola and Pepsi two contending organizations produce other than soda pops, water, ice tea and so forth. This was to determine the difficult they looked during occasional change that their sodas coca cola or Pepsi deals diminished; from this arrangement they astoundingly still kept selling and winning benefit as they delivered different items which will be basic during that specific season. This is likewise the benefit of adaptability and rivalry to an organization. At long last is the area, Companies vie for the best area as it guarantees the progression of benefits, by one; attractive regions, for example, America are acceptable spots to find business Thus most acclaimed organizations are situated there for example Toyota number one and holding fifteen percent of Americans deals. Honda, Nike and Adidas every one of these organizations likewise go to an attractive area consequently turning into the most renowned organizations on the planet. In this way the opposition costs for good spots to put business is justified, despite all the trouble, as it will in the end reimburse the organizations multiple times the measure of cash it has spent, much the same as Honda and Toyota which are presently driving the world vehicle producing business. All in all the benefits of rivalry between organizations when advertising items is by all accounts a lot of ideal than the detriments consequently, the training should proceed or be increasingly imaginative with their opposition systems as the more serious they are the more progression of benefits there will be. Each youngster is one of a kind as far as life encounters, formative availability, and social legacy. A top notch youth program ought to gives a safe and supporting condition, which advances physical, social, passionate, language and subjective improvement will guarantee a positive continuation of the child’s training process. Kindergarten for kids is significant. Most guardians and youngsters are amped up for this phase in life for their kid, just as kids may be a terrified or anxious. Kindergartens are as yet acing new physical aptitudes. They are increasingly ready to move their body the manner in which they needs to and, in all probability, can run like the breeze. During the time kindergarten youngsters will show various new physical abilities, some are a higher priority than others to help make her kindergarten year a profoundly fruitful learning experience. Kindergarten adapts in an unexpected way, some may learn hands on, or visual. Kindergarten are at the most significant stage throughout everyday life so it is dependent upon the instructors to have any kind of effect that can help them in the long so they can arrive at the following evaluation level just as beat any achievements that they may reach all through their training. In the first place, the study hall is adoring, kind, mindful, sharing, and nurturing to all the youngsters simply like my own. The manner in which I imagine my study hall is that as you stroll in the entryway you see workmanship and image of youngsters playing and eating and doing distinctive thing that bolsters the territory, for example, sensational play would be kids in specialist coats or something in that nature. The study hall has warm hues around it for each season. Every territory of the study hall would be name with, for example, squares would be square zone, workmanship, sensational play, water zone, science, proficiency, and so forth. The kids cubbies are name with their name and picture so they can perceive themselves. The library has age suitable books for the youngsters. The study hall ought to off the youngsters craftsmanship and learning. On the off chance that there is a topic in the study hall the room will speak to that particular subject. Every youngster is at a table that is shading coded that will recognize each table as a gathering, each table seats around 3-4 understudies relying upon the class size. Every youngster has a portfolio so kids can see their improvement consistently. The homeroom depends on play and material and the youngsters have an instructor kid relationship. While arranging the educational plan I will give free play that will permit kids their independently time to pick a territory of inclusion (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). A viable educational program kids ought to be dynamic and drawn in, the objectives are clear and shared by all, proof based, the esteemed substance is found out through examination, play, and engaged, purposeful instructing (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The educational plan expands on earlier learning and encounters and is exhaustive and most significant advantage the requirements of the kids (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). Educational program ought to be arranged around the formative needs of the kids in my study hall (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). Educational program will expands upon what kids definitely know and can do to empower them to associate new ideas and aptitudes. The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) urges that as an instructor my educational program is attentively arranged, testing, drawing in, formatively fitting, socially and phonetically responsive, extensive and liable to advance positive result for all kids (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). While arranging the educational program I will give free play that will permit kids their exclusively time to pick a zone of association (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The encounters ought to be created to help the little youngsters in the study hall to help improve their abilities in critical thinking, thinking, thinking, and making (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The National Association for the Education of Young Children expresses that high caliber, formatively fitting projects ought to be accessible for all youngsters. A different proclamation of the NAEYC isolates the idea of fittingness into two angles: age suitability and individual propriety. Methods of reasoning that reflect how I imagine my homeroom and educational plan are Friedrich Froebel. Friedrich Froebel was a German teacher of the nineteenth century who built up an Idealist theory of youth instruction. He set up kindergarten and training for four and five-year-old kids. Kindergarten is presently a piece of instruction around the world. Friedrich Froebel was conceived in the humble community of Oberwiessbach, Germany in 1782. His mom kicked the bucket when he was an infant (Froebel, 2011). His dad remarried, however Froebel never enjoyed his stepmother. His sentiment of dismissal and separation stayed with him forever. This strongly affected his hypothesis of youth instruction. He accepted the kindergarten instructor ought to be adoring, kind and protective (Froebel, 2011). Froebel learned at the University of Jena for a brief timeframe. In 1805, while contemplating design in Frankfurt, he was convinced to turn into an instructor by the model school at Frankfurt. Friedrich Froebel changed the manner in which we consider youth training. He structured balls, wooden squares, tiles, sticks and rings to exhibit that youngsters learn by playing. Referred to around the globe as the Froebel Gifts , these items were a significant piece of his Kindergarten (Froebel, 2011). Froebel additionally remembered for his kindergarten reasoning the examination and nuture of plants in a nursery for animating children’s enthusiasm for nature. He felt it was significant for youngsters to experience childhood in amicability with nature. The Froebel Gifts have been broadly imitated and adjusted by teachers and toys creators. On account of Froebel my homeroom will have the correct material to that I am ready to train my kids with the correct material so they can play and learn simultaneously. He felt that the instructor ought to be adoring mindful and protective and I feel that I am that route in the study hall also. â€Å"Treat people groups how you need to be treated† and that’s how I feel as an instructor. Treat other kids how I would need my kids to be dealt with. Having that nurturing character can likewise make it simpler for a kid to be increasingly agreeable in the study hall particularly on the off chance that it the first run through being endlessly from the guardians. Being that Froebel recognized what it resembled losing his mom disliking his stepmother he comprehended what it resembled to feel disregard and separated so he fused that in with instructing and understood that no kid ought to ever feel that way. Froebel’s kindergarten utilized free play, games, tunes, stories, and artworks to animate creative mind while creating physical and engine ability. In many homerooms free play is invited just as games, stories, tunes, and art that will support kids engine abilities just as taking care of issues. The kindergarten program was intended to address children’s issues for physical movement, tactile mindfulness, inventive articulation, investigation of thoughts and ideas, the delight of singing, and the experience of living among others. His instructive methodology was for â€Å"self-activity,† the possibility that permitted the kid to be driven by his own advantages and to unreservedly investigate them. Kids are increasingly free and they need to investigate new things all alone. Kids become mindful of numbers from the get-go throughout everyday life, due to day by day experience include different utilization of numbers. Math is more than finding out about numbers and how to include, take away duplicate and partition (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The National Council for Teachers of Mathematics recommends 10 educational plan norms. The guidelines give a guide in science educational program arranging ; content standard are numbers and activity, variable based math, geometry, estimations, and information examination and likelihood. The procedure measures are critical thinking and confirmation, correspondence, association and portrayal (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The standard gives a diagram of math substance and procedure for prekindergarten during that time grade(Eliason, Jenkins 2012). While instructing math to the kids I will likewise fuse advances, for example, squares, legos, cheerios, and so forth with the goal that the kids can perceive what they are doing outwardly . Toward the year's end youngsters will have the option to comprehends coordinated correspondence, sorts and orders objects as per basic qualities, perceive and make designs. (for example red, blue, red, blue or kid, young lady, kid, young lady), comprehend straightforward visual diagrams and decipher how they assist us with get-together data, tally to 100, recognize and print numbers 1-20, distinguish and draw fundamental shapes, for example, square shape, square, circle and triangle. Perusing is an open craftsmanship that includes perceiving and understanding words(Eliason, Jenkins 2012). Kids can't peruse with comprehension and perception something they don’t have the foundation information about. Figuring out how to peruse requires significant investment, tolerance, want, and availability (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). Kindergarten is a time of disclosure in perusing and proficiency. Youngster will figure out how to perceive basic words in print, including his own name and those of his colleagues. Letter-sound correspondence, phonemic mindfulness, sight words acknowledgment, rhyming and words families and ideas about print are the zones wherein your youngster will grow his insight this year. Managing Risks in Product Development

Managing Risks in Product Development Staying competitive in the world of business is vital to every company, especially if it hopes to grow and expand, instead of just earning a decent profit from period to period. To achieve competitiveness, a business must always stay ahead of the game in various aspects, such as marketing, personnel management, and production management.Needless to say, product development is also an area where businesses, particularly those engaged in manufacturing, should focus on if they want to make sure that they stay ahead of the competition and will always have something new and fresh to offer to their market. © Shutterstock.com | RAGMA IMAGESIn this article, you will learn about 1) a basic introduction to product development, 2) the importance of product development, 3) stages of product development, and 4) risks associated with product development.PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT INTRODUCTIONWhen you say product development, you are likely to immediately think about new product development. You wouldn’t be wrong. However, that is not all there is to it.Product development is, simply put, the creation of new products, or products with new features or specifications that offer added or entirely new benefits to end users. It may involve:Formulation of an entirely new product that will meet the demands of a new market niche, or satisfy newly defined wants or needs of the target market; orModification of an already existing product. However, product development is not limited to the design and creation of the products alone; it also covers the marketing of the new products that have been developed. This means that product development is such a broad field, it covers the whole process, from coming up with an idea of a new product or product innovation, putting it through the production process, and getting the finished new product to the market.Unfortunately, it cannot be said that product development is simple or straightforward. It takes a lot of dedication and commitment, not to mention a lot of resources on the part of the business. The business should be willing to spend money and spend a lot of time on it. Aside from paying attention to the customers and their needs, there is also a need to keep an eye on your business rivals or competitors. The whole process of developing a new product must be carefully thought through, which means it entails a lot of planning.IMPORTANCE OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTLet us talk about the reasons why all businesses should be serious about product development. To maintain competitiveness. This has already been briefly touched on earlier: in order to k eep up with the competition and the constantly increasing and evolving needs of your customers, there is a need to keep coming out with new offerings. It is important to see to it that the business has a steady flow of new products, and that is where product development comes in. This is considered to be the main reason why product development is given a lot of attention by businesses. To maintain or increase the flow of income. This is just common sense: in order to ensure that the company will have a steady inflow of cash and a stream of revenue or income, it has to be ready to give its customers what they need.STAGES OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTHere are the main stages generally used in the product development process.Research Phase. Product development starts with the customers. What do they want, and what do they need?Spec Phase. From the answers gleaned in the first phase, you will be able to come up with product specifications, or the specific features that the product must have.Des ign phase. This is where the product is designed, in accordance with the specifications listed earlier. This is also where costing takes place.Testing phase. This could be one of the several pre-launch stages. Create a prototype or a pilot version of the product for testing or trial runs. This is the phase that may be repeated over and over until they get the product right.Final launch. This is where the new product is finally rolled out to the market.RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTThere is one fact that is overlooked by many that are engaged in product development: not all product development projects are the same. Depending on several variables â€" such as the nature of the business, the type of products, the current state of the market and the economy, to name a few â€" that will greatly affect how a project development project will go. What worked for one business does not necessarily make it effective in another, and vice versa. With that being said, it is safe to say that product development is not without its risks. Businesses that are engaged in product development processes are bound to be faced with these risks, and it will be up to them how to manage these risks so as not to hamper the future plans of the business for growth and development.Risk #1: The new product may not be what the customers want and need. This is considered to be the main risk faced by businesses when it comes to new product development. This risk is higher when you base your ideas for a new product merely on a whim, or without conducting enough market research. Businesses that are not in touch with their customers are also likely to suffer from this. For example, a business may decide to come up with a new product simply because they got hold of a new technology for it. Just because you can do it does not mean you should. One problem often encountered by product developers is deciding on what features must be included in the product. There is that fine line between a prod uct having too little features and having too much. The first one may be deemed too simple by customers while the second one turns them off for their complexity. There is a need to pinpoint exactly what these relevant features are.How to manage it:Get to know your customers and keep yourself updated on any changes in their needs and preferences. Conducting periodic market research will help minimize this risk.It would also be a good idea to involve a specific group of customers as your source of feedback.Produce a product prototype and perform a series of product testing. Start with testing the product within the company. Then test the product with a select group of customers. There are two main reasons why it would be a good idea to build a working prototype:To check if the product works, or does what it is designed to do.To assess customer reaction to the product, especially on how it looks, how it feels, and how it functions.Risk #2: The product development process may involve tec hnical hurdles and operational risks that must be overcome. The business may be developing an entirely new product that will provide new and better benefits to customers. It may also decide to modify its existing product by adding new features that will make it more appealing to the market. In these cases, it is probable that there will be technical processes that will have to be performed. These include the need for new technology or even new tools, machinery or equipment. It is also inevitable, in most cases, that they have to deal with operational risks. For instance, there may be components that have to be supplied on a regular basis, and sourcing these materials can be a problem. There may also be problems regarding transporting these materials. How to manage:Choose the right people to be in the product development team. The people tasked with developing the new product must have all the relevant skills and knowledge, especially regarding the technical aspects that will be require d in developing the product. It is often advised that the team be composed of all areas or departments of the business, from production to marketing and finance. The objectives of the product development team must be clear to everyone involved. Be prepared for any glitches or setbacks.Draw up a timetable for the completion of the product development process, and schedule a regular or periodic review.Hire experts or get help from outside. Many companies avail of the services of technical personnel in order to facilitate the development of new products.Risk #3: Product development always comes with a financial risk. You can never do away with this risk when developing a new product. It is possible that the new product that you have developed will not be able to generate enough demand at a price that will bring profit for the business. The cost of production, as well as the costs of marketing the product, may not be covered by the selling price. The high utilization of resources during th e product development stage is also a downfall for most companies. Under the assumption that they will get better results if they throw more resources into the project, they will end up spending more than they should have. Thus, costs become unreasonably high. How to manage it:Agree on an overall budget for the various parts of the project and make sure they stay within the limits. When preparing the budget, work with the core team responsible for developing the product, since they are the ones most knowledgeable about the costs that will be incurred.Employ strategies to reduce production costs for the new product, such as:Find ways to simplify the manufacturing process. If the assembly process is too complex, look for ways to work around it and make it simple, without sacrificing quality. One way to do this is to consider subcontracting part of the work, or buy parts that have already been partially assembled, cutting down a couple or more phases in the production process that you wi ll have to perform.Look for alternative parts or components. Find components that are of the same quality, but with a cheaper purchase price.Look for other sources that offer these components at a lower price. Do not stick to just one potential supplier; shop around and compare prices.Risk #4: Sticking to only one development plan may lead to losing other, better, opportunities.Businesses tend to stay within their comfort zone. Why fix something that is not broken? Why step into unknown territory when we can stay in one place that has already worked out for us? As a result, they tend to have tunnel vision and put everything they have on that one, single, plan. How to manage it:Conduct in-depth study of features. Identify what features may be added, and proceed on evaluating them, to be left with a shortlist of the relevant features. Engage the participation of key customers in this study.Perform testing, even if it has to be repeatedly done, and proceed on reworking or tweaking the p roduct design, until such time that it is found to be satisfactory.Risk #5: Conducting product development projects in an ill-timed manner. There is the risk of starting a product development too soon. It could be that the preliminaries have not been set up yet, or that market research has not been completed yet, and the company immediately proceeded towards developing a new product. It could also be that the company is still in the middle of pre-launching a new product, and it is already starting another one.Prematurely starting developing a product without getting all the bases covered is a sign of poor planning, and we all know that poorly planned projects are doomed from the start. Another possible result of this is spreading the resources of the company too thinly, and the business will suffer if it will start pouring its resources on another project while the previous one has not yet provided any returns to recoup the amount of money spent on it. One new product may also face d elays if there is another “player” in the scene, sharing the resources. How to manage it:Establish a reasonable timetable, and don’t rush. This is to control the rate or pace of implementing projects.Make sure everyone in the organization is aware of the objectives of the company and what their priorities are.Managing risks in product development can be summed up in a few points:Gather sufficient information by conducting market research. Focus on getting data on customer demand and pricing.Always keep abreast of what is going on with your customers, suppliers, and competitors.Make sure that the core team responsible for product development has the skill sets and qualifications that are aligned to your objectives.Keep tabs on the risks by constantly monitoring the progress of the product development. The best way to manage these risks, however, is to be proactive. Make sure that you identify what the risks are, and take action before they fully affect the whole project adversely . It will not do you any good to just act when the problem has already grown so big. You’ll only end up “putting out fires”, spending your resources on damage control instead of investing them on the new product.

Exploring Shakespeares Presentation of the Theme of Power in The Tempest In The Tempest, power manifests itself in many different forms. Three of the main types of power that Shakespeare explores are the power of love, the power of magic and illusion and the power of a master over his slave. He presents these forms of power in a number of ways. In The Tempest Prospero appears to hold the majority of the power. He maintains his control over other characters in various ways, for example he uses the power of love to influence his daughter Miranda. Prospero has control over his slave Ariel, whom he controls by the promise of freedom. This type of master-slave power is a dominant form of power within ?The Tempest?. Ariel is a spirit who is, similarly to Miranda, devoted to Prospero. He says to Prospero ?All hail, great master, great sir, hail!? The repetition makes it seem dramatic and joyful, emphasising Ariel?s devotion to Prospero, and the fact that he will do whatever Prospero asks of him. Corporate Communication Samples for Students †MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Corporate Communication. Answer: Introduction Communication is the process by which a sender and a receiver can exchange messages among each other in order to exchange thought, ideas, perceptions, feelings, emotions, knowledge etc. communication is a two way process where sometimes there is a one on one communication, while sometimes there is one sender and many receiver of information it is called mass communication it can also be two ways by which many sender can send message to one receiver. Corporate communication is a methods and tools by which a corporate entity communicates with the stakeholders, employees internally or with the end consumers of the product or services that the company is selling. Corporate communication is a relatively new concept inmanagement some companies recognizes the importance while some still do not (Cornelissen Cornelissen, 2017). Strategies adopted to address various stakeholders In order to develop and grow efficiently companies carry out several strategies and planning process. Amazon is one of the most significant examples of new economy. In this report a brief discussion of the corporate communication strategies of Amazon will be discussed. Internal communication for the smooth and high performance efficiency of the day to day operation of the company it is very important to have a well coordinated communication system as well. For example if the employees of the company are not well connected with themanagement and each other as well it is be difficult to process any business. External communication of the corporate would include communicating and sharing information with the business partners, industry, government of the country where the business operates, general public media and lastly and most importantly the consumers of the business (Parente Strausbaugh-Hutchinson, 2014). For a company like Amazon who has a global presence on the basis of the service they offer as a e-commerce platform have a wide range of communication medium to choose form in order to make sure that their message is being received and decoded by the right receiver at the right time. Relevance is crucial in the concept of communicating it is v ery important to communicate the right message at the right time using the right medium to the right person. For internal communication a company uses technology, Human resource strategies and traditional verbal or oral methods of communication. Whereas, public relation and marketing communication are two main methods of communicating with the external environment of the business to reach the target audience and in order for Amazon to grow its business the emphasis will be on the external communication. Marketing is a part of corporate communication and all the concepts are linked to one another. One of the marketing communication strategies that have been encourage by Amazon is that the user interface of both the application or the website is designed in such a way that it will offer the consumers who log in to browse through the products a customized homepage, which will display the prices and the products that are related or relevant to the purchase made from the account previously. Furthermore, the company sends the customers personalized e-mails for new deals on products that are related or similar to previous items that are purchased by the person. Amazon also offers bloggers an opportunity to put up a list of the book that they want to be reviews etc. this is a very smart marketing strategy and communication process to accelerate the sales and growth of the profit of the company. As Amazon offers a plethora of choice it is important for the customers to sort from the right item from the thousands that are available on the site. This way the website makes it easy for th e customers to make a decision. Sometimes these mails and also influence an individual to buy an item which he or she would not have thought is necessary but the personalized advertise helps change that mind frame. In this way the company can also communicate the deals the company has to offer to the consumers in a more personal and one on one way. Another significant method of communication that is used by Amazon is public relation; it is regarded as the most successful case of public relations. Public relation does not only mean press release and dealing with crisis situation, it also means having a close up communication and feedback option from the end consumers. A process of communication is complete only when the message is received and a feedback of the message has been posted. As a business organization it is difficult to communicate and receive feedback as well. In this case Amazon has developed a review column for the customers to post their views on the product. Both the mobile device application and the website allow every user to post reviews on products theyve bought. This not only give the company a large database of feedbacks it also builds a sense of credibility. The psychological influence factor works in case as If a person views 50 positive feedbacks on an item he or she will be inclined towards buying it as e-commerce works on the basis of credibility and trust (Hunt, 2014). The person will invest the money in Amazon as he or she is assured other people has used that product from Amazon and will be assured that their money will not be wasted. There are two outcomes in this process the Amazon platform is used instead of others and also the product which the individual was speculating upon might be purchased on the basis of these. Sometimes bloggers and vloggers also review a book or a product and leave a link to Amazon. This increases the goodwill and the reputation of the site as well. Of course, the company cannot control what people say about them on their personal sites, but most references to Amazon.com are simply links to products, thus generating traffic without an opinion on the site itself. The company must address three stakeholders in the communication process first is the customers, then the suppliers or the vendors in the case of Amazon and thirdly the shareholders of the company. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a concept that has emerged with people extensively using Google to find information and data this concept will ensure that users can easily find the portal, while searching for a book or a product (Bacile, Ye Swilley, 2014). Internal communication and investors relation Communication with the shareholders should be in a proper set procedure stating the amount of shares that the holders own and the equivalent amount receivable by the individual. In order to communicate with the employee Amazon uses a software such as outlook communicator, internal e-mail backed by exchange servers list and chat options usually used for the purpose of the updates and changes that the company has in corporate, status updates of a project or a piece of work, to participate in a discussion groups, this all done to efficiently regulate and monitor the day to day operations of the business. Internal websites and modules are used to give the employee information and data that is required to perform the designated tasks. Internal communication channels are used to communicate with the employees in any business organization (Mishra, Boynton Mishra, 2014). Apart from that traditional methods of communication like the verbal communication are also conducted through conferences and meetings where themanagement can directly communicate with the employees. In a very dramatic approach to an article that was publish in The New York Times, founder and CEO o f Amazon has urged employees to reach out to him personally if they experienced situations like which are serious and needs the intervention of the CEO (nytimes.com, 2017). This is a both communication approach with the internal stakeholders and also a part of public relation where a message is being subtly disclosed how considerate and how Amazon is willing to help the employees of the company by sharing the contacts of the CEO. This in turn adds to the goodwill and welfare of the company as well. Future plan of action Amazon has a strong backup of public relation activities which not only deal with the external but also deals with the internal communication process. To modify the situation Amazon should also focus in the marketing communication as well, the customized home page and the e-mail are option that has been adapted by many other e-commerce platform hence a new strategy like changing the approach to the mainstream and traditional advertising should be adopted. Podcasts, video teleconferencing, RSS feed etc should be approached. Amazon can derive public relation stunts that are real than being on the internet (Kim, 2014). The entity of the company is only in the internet and the trust is the only key factor that the stakeholders have to back upon the company. To get a more real approach the company can derive inspiration from the PR campaigns of Coco-Cola. Amazon, in a very short period of time has established a significant footprint in the global market and that is one of the main advanta ges of the company. It caters to a diverse group of people and that can be used as a core essence of the companys marketing policies. Amazon can team up with bloggers and vloggers around the world to undertake a worldwide campaign to promote diversity and tolerance. This will change the outlook of the company from a sales maximization point of view to a more companionate and thoughtful institution (Eberle, Berens Li 2013). Conclusion Communication is a planned procedure and the past strategies of the company have worked perfectly for the growth and development of the company and it continues to work. But price, people and planet are the three contemporary concepts of business and the previous campaigns and communication just focused on price hence it is a good idea to change the focus of approach towards people and plant more.
